Member further acknowledges and accepts that destinationuplift.com will not be available on a continual twenty-four hour basis due to such delays, or delays caused by the upgrading, modification, or standard maintenance of the website.

Destination Uplift and its online courses, webinars, and content on destinationuplift.com are owned by TwoSix Digital and are protected by American and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
No right, title or interest in or to the online courses or webinars or any portion thereof, is transferred to any Member to Registered User, and all rights not expressly granted herein, are reserved by TwoSix Digital.
Destination Uplift, the Destination Uplift logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans, are trademarks of Destination Uplift and TwoSix Digital. Members or Registered Users may not use such marks without the prior written permission from Destination Uplift or TwoSix Digital.

Company Obligations

Destination Uplift will use commercially reasonable efforts to enable online courses and webinars to be accessible, except for scheduled maintenance and required repairs, and except for any interruption due to causes beyond the reasonable control of, or not reasonably foreseeable by Destination Uplift.

Should a user’s program sponsor cancel their contractural agreement to access Destination Uplift and its courses, webinars, or content on destinationuplift.com, Destination Uplift will remove users affiliated with this program sponsor.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
